Dr. Muhammad Saleem
Dr. Muhammad Saleem is Founder Member and Chairman, Multi Emerging Solutions ( Pvt.) Ltd. Dr Saleem has over 35 years of top- level Executive Management and consulting experience in Telecom, Public and Private Sector business and Government organizations. His experience includes serving as Member, Competition Commission of Pakistan ( CCP ), Director General for Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ( PTA ) and HR Advisor with Telecom Regulatory Authority , Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Saleem has developed recruitment policies and conduced more than 500 interviews for the hiring of top level Executives and other staff in Oman as well as locally. He had worked as Senior Member of the Working Group constituted by the Prime Minister of Pakistan for financial inclusion ( converting traditional banking system into digitalization) in coordination with all relevant stake holders including Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Pakistan, Commercial Banks, NADRA and Cellular Mobile Operators. His job also involved frequent collaboration with State Bank of Pakistan and International organizations such as World Bank, ITU, WTO, CGAP, GSMA and Gates Foundation. Dr. Saleem has published seven articles in national and international journals
Dr M. Safdar Rehman
Dr. M. Safdar Rehman, PhD is Chief Executive Officer/CEO of Multi Emerging Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. He has over 30 years of HR and Consulting experience and has conducted and managed recruitments for Public and Private sector organizations of Pakistan. Previous Recruitment experience includes having served as Director General ( HR ) with Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority ( PEMRA ), as an Additional Director ( Admn/HR) Pakistan Science Foundation, as Deputy Director ( HR ) with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority ( PTA ) and as an Assistant Director ( Admn) with National Training Bureau ( NTB ), a Federal Government Organization. Dr. Rehman’s Public sector organizations experience included Federal Government, Autonomous bodies and Regulatory Authorities where he has recruited numerous Managers, Deputy Managers, Finance Officers and other high level executives. He received his Master degree from International Islamic University, Islamabad and PhD in Management Sciences ( HR ) from National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad. Dr. Rehman is a certified HR professional from International Personal Management Association ( IPMA ) Canada and currently Member with the Society of Human Resource Management ( SHRM ) USA. Dr. Rehman has authored 16 sixteen research articles on the subjects of operational management, Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Job Performance, Salary Survey and Public sector organizations of Pakistan.
Engr. Arif Ullah Khan
Engr. Arif Ullah Khan is Director Training and Construction with Multi Emerging Solutions ( Pvt) Ltd. He has over 35 years of Vocational Training and Project Management. Prior to join MES, he has served National Training Bureau ( NTB ) M/O Education in the capacity of DG/ Director ( Projects) . Engr. Khan has excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. He is always ready to lead from the front and his goal is to provide the best of his skills and abilities which can be utilized as a catalyst to accomplish the targets of the company. Mr. Sajid Usmani
Mr. Sajid Usmani has nearly 20 years of experience in immigration facilitation services, not only is Mr. Usmani a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) having number R420671 and a Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants, he is also authorized under the Foreign Worker Recruitment and Immigration Services Act, allowing him to provide immigration consulting services to foreign nationals coming to Saskatchewan (License #000729). Additionally, Mr. Sajid Usmani is registered with the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program and is a Commissioner of Oath, where he can administer affidavits on oath in Ontario. Mr. Usmani has been pro-actively involved in Canadian Immigration for more than a decade and was the pioneer member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) when stakes of regulating the Canadian Immigration Consulting Industry were awarded to the Society by the Federal Government of Canada.
